Adult/Sanctuary Choir

The FCC Sanctuary Choir is the meets every Wednesday from 6-7:30 p.m.  This is a non-auditioned group consisting of college ages and up.  We view the role of the choir as enhancing worship through the gift of music.  We strive for musical excellence, while also striving to be ministers to the congregation through song.  If you love to sing, and enjoy fellowship, stop by the choir room on Wednesdays to recharge your soul and help add to the church’s worship experience on Sundays.  This ensemble is directed by Jacob Miller.

LifeSong Choir

The Lifesong Youth Choir is comprised of youth from grades 6 to 12 and sings monthly during worship services and for special programs throughout the school year. This popular group consists of over 40 performers who tour annually each summer. In the summer of 2010, this choir performed in Washington, DC. This group is directed by Dr. Jacob Miller and Ian Aipperspach serving as accompanist. Rehearsals are on Sundays at 4:30 PM.

Silver Stars

This is a recreational choir of adults, above the age of 50 . It meets each Thursday from September through May at 10:00 AM. The repertoire includes gospel hymns, folk songs, and carols shared as an outreach ministry in our community. Jacob Miller is the director.

University Students

Jesus Jammers

The Jesus Jammers Children’s Choir is for children K-5. The choir presents a Christmas pageant during the Advent Season and also contributes to worship in the spring. Children learn the fundamentals of music, singing, and how to actively participate in worship in an engaging atmosphere through various forms of activities.  This group is directed by Candice and Ian Aipperspach. Rehearsals are on Sundays at 9:30am in room 6 (lower level)
